What we collect

When you create a Proclam8 account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you use our platform, we store the subscriber data you upload (email addresses, names, and any custom fields you provide), campaign content you create, and usage analytics related to email delivery.

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Operate and maintain your Proclam8 account
• Send email campaigns on your behalf through Amazon SES
• Track delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes for your campaigns
• Process billing through Stripe
• Send you service-related communications (account alerts, billing receipts)

Your subscriber data

The subscriber lists and contact data you upload to Proclam8 belong to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your subscriber data with any third party. We access it only to deliver the email campaigns you create and to provide delivery analytics. You can export or delete your subscriber data at any time from your account.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Proclam8:

• Amazon SES — email delivery infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store your credit card details)

Each operates under its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Cookies and tracking

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Campaign analytics (opens, clicks) use tracking pixels and redirect links embedded in the emails you send — this data is reported only to you, the account holder.

Data security

All connections to Proclam8 are encrypted with TLS. Your password is hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We regularly review our infrastructure for vulnerabilities.

Data retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your subscriber data, campaign content, and analytics within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. To request full account deletion, contact us at hello@proclam8.com.
